Talking About Abortion
Another
star in the galaxy of St. Stephen’s is Susan Prudhomme.
She has recently had an article, “Talking
about Abortion”, published in the current issue of “Touchstone”, a
popular conservative Christian journal.
Susan skillfully and compassionately
discusses the emotional pain caused by a woman’s decision to have an
abortion and the need for redemption and forgiveness.
This is not a first for Susan, she has had
other articles published and has written two novels which will be
published in 2009.
Congratulations, Susan!
Lost in Adventureland

It was a family affair when the whole Mautner family turned out to appear in and work on a production of “Lost in Adventureland” put on by an all kids cast for the Vallejo Music Theatre. The fantasy played for two weekends (three performances each weekend) at the Fetterly Playhouse in Vallejo. The three Mautner children all had roles in the production; Shelby played Smee, Sarah was Fire Ant and Alec wowed the audience with his portrayal of Peter. Kerry, the Mom, helped out in a variety of areas, earning the title of “Head Kid Wrangler”. And Fr. Mike filled in as a very effective “Tink”.
